I’ve always wondered what this was, so I looked it up on Wikipedia. “The Shoshinsha mark (初心者マーク?) or Wakaba mark (若葉マーク?), introduced in 1972, is a green and yellow V-shaped symbol that new Japanese drivers must display on their cars for one year.”
Why do they not have these in America? Or for that matter, why do they not have a “this is expensive Porsche, if it is hit, it will be expensive to repair” sticker? T_T
